You guys should have a show on proper fish grilling. Like getting the grates rocket hot and wiping the grill down alot with olive oil so it creates that micro polimer layer to keep the fish from sticking. I love grilled fish and my sister watches this show alot but she sucks at grilling fish hard.

You really shouldn't eat shark for starters they're top predatory animals and can contain high levels of mercury due to biomagnification, which can lead to mercury poisoning. Secondly, the parts that are typically served are essentially flavorless, you pay for only the flavor they add. Third, its ecologically irresponsible, shark populations are drastically declining, 1/3rd of shark species are now endangered and populations have gone down by over 90% in the last half-century

coming from a sushi chef i'd have to say yellowtail.... but if it includes shellfish i'd have to go with scallops or lobster of course for my absolute fave. but its a hard choice. amber jack and grouper are really close...

AKA Pomello, Pumelo, Pomelo (citrus grandis), it comes in a few varieties and has the taste of a very mild grapefruit (depending on the variety). You usually have to peel the individual segments because the skins are really tough. This is the first time I see someone cut them.
