I wouldn't try to get honey, except if I really don't have anything else. If you get bitten it can get infected or whatever, plus you have to be sure you're not alergic. Of course locals would tell you it's a good idea, but when you know how to do it. A bit like trying to catch a snake bear hands, wouldn't try if I was stranded somewhere.

Unless you are an expert mycologist you should never try to eat wild mushrooms. Many varieties look quite similar and can be 100% safe, or liquefy your liver. Also they contain very little calories and nutrients. For survival you need 2 things, protein and sugar. As for berries and wild fruits and plants, this would be nice.
