The car is the Pu-F3 and is made by Punatiainen..
We usually play rough racing on this track.. Meaning it's allowed to bump into each other :) I'll put some links where you can download them in the description
You should also try Gene Rally. it's very similar to this game.

hey! what track is this? and what cars are these? I just downladed the game and am playing non-stop, but these cars/tracks do not exist!

I actually haven't played for months, but there used to be a rough racing-server on the serverlist.. maybe you're able to play there :)
