Sounds like something you'd hear at the end of a Cheetahmen movie. I can just imagine the Cheetahmen sitting on a luxe cruiseship,drinking with a bunch of hot chicks,talking about their past events. then slowely the camera zooms past the places they've been while the credits roll,ending at the jail,showing doctor Morbis,planing his new attack.
