this happened with my coco lama v3! My dad was going through the tv with the remote to see what was on..and then randomly my heli just twitched a little! It happened another itme with the throttle! It just turned on a littlewhen it was on the floor!
gizmolv is 100 percent right, every heli, airplane, car, whatevery that i own will have hiccups in my house, because of cordless phones, etc. my hanger jr Vibe 90, Raptor 90, Raptor 30 v1, trex 600, Jato 3.3, Duratrax nitro evader BX, T-maxx 3.3, Revo 3.3, Katana 120 3d, 50 percent scale extra 330, They all hiccup in a house
2.4ghz is the way to go. I've totally strayed away from 72mhz because if glitching and freq. pins. Right now I have 2.4 is 5 planes and have yet to have any problems. Obviously you don't have much of a choice with the RTF models because they already come the the tx's.
same thing happened to me. thanks for posting the video. is there a plan to fix this? i'm new to flying but i'm carefull now when i go to disconnect it.
Also, turn everything on, and spin the tail motor slowly, watch finners please and see if you can dupicate that problem. Any bad connection even the motors brushes, which are so tiny on the tail. Same goes for servos and connections. Even a lose antenna or a break in the antenna wire from the reciever.
Hey, I'm having exactly the same problem! I called HeliMax and they gave me all the canned answers (fluorescent lighting, metal buildings in the area, low battery..etc.) but none of that seems to be the case. They didn't really have an answer for me. Mine is brand new with only a few flights and no crashes. I don't know what to do next??!? Thank you so much for posting this! What do you think we should do?
Its when you turn off your transmitter this happens!

uhh... youre not suppose to turn off your transmitter first... ever! unplug heli, then turn off controller.

I posted them an e-mail but got no answer.
mine is also new with no crashes. it happens indoors and outdoors, day or night, new alkaline batteries and all.
I dont know why they didnt answer my mail, but if you already got them to answer you, maybe you should refer them to this movie.
