  • Your muscle up is pretty impressive brah! How long did it takes u to get it? Lol I can do overhand pull up to the chin with the 45lbs plate for about 10 reps, but I just cant seem to get the muscle up.. Any tips?

  • @Malignantspiritify The best advice I can give you regarding how to do more pull ups or how to do a muscle up is to keep doing pull ups. I'm not a fan at assisted dips/pull ups. when you do a regular pull up there is not assistance. so get up on that bar and bang out as many as you can, your chin doesn't have to go over or anything at first, but as long as your getting a good stretch in your lats and you go hard/till failure. You will get stronger, I promise you that.
