Thank you for posting this video. Saw it 30 mins before class and used it for an escape when I got caught using my left arm on the knee to open the guard. Wasnt able to pull of the heel hook but won a scramble and got side control.

This is my personal favorite and most effective escape from the triangle but was not converting it to the heel hook, until now! Amazing tech. and great video!
