Looks like they were more heavily inspired by Transformers rather than Bionicle, although the bad guy's face does look, A LOT, like Onua Nuva's.

Is Mega Bloks trying to fill the niche that was vacated after Bionicle was put to an end? Because they might just get it right, seeing how disappointing Lego's Ben 10 and Hero Factory turned out to be.

Good commercial, but it's also a disgrace to originality.

Neo Shifters have versions of Zamor Sphere launchers and Rhotuka Spinners (which, by the way, was a bit of a mistake by Lego, since they fired UPWARDS, making them practically useless as a weapon). But why is the commercial itself a bit of a rip off? It practically copies the filming style of Michael Bay's Transformers movie (which was still an awesome movie)!

Still a good commercial, anyway.

mega bloks suck...i got a mega bloks set once and it broke. ive been collecting lego since i was 7(7 years) and not one set has ever broken. Bionicle (legos own series) is way cooler, just watch the new phantoka video and buy one of the new sets. you'll love it. i recently have witnessed legos dominion over mega bloks, new stock of the bionicle phantoka was all gone in my local woolworths while 90% of the neo shifters remained. what im trying to say, is that LEGO OWNS AND MEGA BLOKS SUCKS ASS!!!

This is how I see it. These Neo-Shifters are starting out with alot of stuff Bionicle didn't have when they started. For one these guys have a storyline, Bionicle didn't have villains or a reason they started. And another thing is that these guys have elbow, knee, and neck joints. They started off with a bang and hopefully they don't go overboard like Bionicle has. I have the green Neo-Shifter

They are no Bionicles but they sure are great. I kinda hesitated at the begining but once I bought my first one I just couldn't stop so I had to go and buy the other three!! Weeee! They are all great, even if their bodies are just clones of eachother! RECOMMENDED
