First of all, who even makes this music? Let alone that you use it in a video.
I think you can't make a top 10 of the best military leaders, depends on which tactics you like and whch party you (would have) supported. Some are really missing though: Bernard Montgomery? Paul von Hindenburg & Erich Ludendorff? Genghis Khan? And indeed, Hitler? (purely based on military succes!)
You forgot many more great military leaders like Hitler who at his peak domintated most of europe, also atilla the hun who must have been the one and lony leader to capture the most amount of land in asia and europe.
Alexander the Great,Cesar,King Leonidas and so on... theese were commanders, not needing ranged weapons to kill, but facetoface battles not like todays cowards....
hahahahhaha the greatest millitary leaders in history was turkisch sultans like sultan süleyman or mehmed fatih II the türkisch cengiz han (dschingiskhan too )
ok for starters why isnt frederick the great on the list? being the king of a small kingdom, defeating saxony, forcing sweden and france to a truce, holding up against russia, and ultimately getting austria hungary to surrender is an incredible feat. the 7 years war is by many considered as the original first world war.
and more importantly where are the khans??!!
gustavus adolphus the king of sweden could have been a good candidate as well, or Saladin the great
Hitler was a very, very poor military leader, an amateur. His judgement skills and his knowledge of strategy were abysmal, the supposed military genius of Hitler a myth. The best strategical insights he could give were absolute jokes like "Just attack", "forces on field doesn't matter, it's all about the stronger will"

@mbdogan88 He was defeated actually by the Jin and Tartar tribes in 1161 and the Mongol Empire as a whole was defeated also by the Bulgars and their failed invasion of Japan.

@erkhemsaikhan I'm sorry but most of the Mongol Empire didn't belong to Genghis Khan, it was his sons that did most of the expansion. Alexander expanded his empire all the way to its furthest extent, making it all his. Also he was undefeated in battle, Khan was not, and conquered most of the known world at the age of only 32. only the morons forget the truth.."who cares for turkish leaders?" so you dont care about the pain in your butt too, dont go for drugs boy,jus feel the truth
Duke of Wellington and Nelson kick Napoleons arse, the WW2 american should be replaced with Monty Hanibal was an idiot, he lost most of his elephants to snow, Richard put England into dept making John a hated king should be Saladin he stopped the invasion countless times, where is Leonidas, Xerxes, Gengas Khan, Willian Wallice, Canute, Winston Churcil, Douglas Haig and Rommel get rid of the americans who did nothing and add a few of those.
@GokhanTurkey06 the only one who cares about Ottoman leaders are brainwashed Turks. The only one off this list that should be there is the Mongol Ghengis Khan.....Ottomans are just a cheap copy of Mongols
@good2goskee Yes, why ISN'T Genghis Khan on this list? Genghis should be at the top... His empire when he died was twice that of Alexander's, and it was the Mongol conquest and expansion that opened the way for the trade between Europe and East Asia that spurred the Renaissance and Europe's age of Exploration.
@DSDunlap72 Agreed (sort of .....) the part re. the Renassaince is a little lofty. There had been trade and underdstanding of Oriental wealth b4 GK. The Renassaince is a very complicated time.... involving many factors
Mao souldnt be on this list. instead of him, you could take a pick of the following: Gengis Khan (Mongol), Kublai Khan (Mongol/Yuan Dynasty Chinese), Tamerlane (Timurids) Akbar the great (Muhgal), Rommel and Guderian (Nazi Germans), Monty (England), Saladin (Egyptians/Turk), Canute the Great (Danish viking), and a hell of a lot of other romans than julius cesar

@aretherenousernames1 I searched tsuboai, and from what I could gather he was a master siege warfare thats why he won so many battles because he had new and great tactics when it came to siege.
But wellington also revolutionised warfare, he was famous for changing the game, In his period of time he would of held his army back and not be seen so the enemy did'nt the numbers, what type of troops, how many cannons and so on. But what made even great was having an army....
@aretherenousernames1 with mixed national races, and still make them fight together as one with no infighting or countermanding orders, that was unheard of them times.
So with me when it came to a pitched open battle and even battle and also managing a nation wellington was the best of all.
Lawl at Napoleon being number 5. He should be at least number 2. Returning to France from exile, he raised up an army of 200,000, and when confronted by Louis XVI's army, he walked out in front of them alone, said "If any of you wish to shoot your emperor, do so now." None of them shot, and they joined him as well. If he hadn't screwed up by stretching his army too thin, his influence could have gotten him all of Europe eventually.
Zhukov on 8 place. LoL!!! Zhukov defeated fascism. Do you heard about Suvorov (father of the soldiers)? He in no way inferior to Hannibal and won all his (Suvorov's) battles. Fuck this video. Autor is dickhead.
Thses are all leaders of past two centuries, if you back 5 millenums theire were much better and genius military leades i.e. Alexander The Great, Genghis Khan, Khalid Ibn Al Walid, Richard Lion Heart, Saladin . . . . . .
lol, your list is not based on facts, but on your personal opinion.
if you said so at the start, then i wouldnt have placed this comment.
i got some things you must consider:
Julius Ceasar was NOT a military genius, he revered himself as one, BUT he was the first general to write down his tactics and accomplisments.
and, where are Rommel, Gudarian, von Manstein, Mcarthur, Jamasita, Nagumo and Montcomery? these commanders are better than Mao or Nelson, and Gudarian is better then Patton...
hm, what about Arminius, Attila the Hun, Dschingis Khan, Friedrich Barbarossa, Friedrich I of Prussia, Oda Nobunaga? Erwin Rommel was definately better than Patton. Even Churchill and de Gaule were better than Patton. Who is this Stonewall Jackson, I thought best American military leader was George Washington. You forgot a lot of great leaders. And Nelson was not as good as he is considered.
@MultiMusicMeister ya ok im pretty sure napoleon would get raped by alexander not only did alexander own more land then napoleon but he was able to keep it until he died
THE ONLY THINK I DON'T WANT TO HEAR IS THAT ALEXANDER IS NOT FROM THE GREEK PART OF MACEDONIA.you stupid kids..he took part in ancient olympics only a greek could take part in olympics, his favourite book was Illiada, and his "teacher" was Aristotle...stupid guys..god,and you that u are talking about turkey, greece when u conquered it it was a part of the byzantine empire..we didn't have our own army!I 'm proud that i'm greek and nothing can change it..and i am most proud that i am macedonian!!
@psychocookie89 Lol learn ur History than come back, u say it urself ''He defeated the forces sent bij the allied'' and if u know history the allies were Russia, British Empire(which contains India, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Wales and many more), Greece, France, Italy, Armenia and the Saudi Arabs.
and btw @nrwtube1 thnx for correcting it i made a small mistake because i was writing the countries much to fast, but u gotta think of this all those countries against what now is Turkey...
[...Macedonian Greeks have ancient roots in Macedonia and many identify as descendants of the Greeks who lived in the Ancient Greek kingdom of Macedonia; they self-identify culturally and regionally as "Macedonians" They form the majority of the region's population.and, today, they live almost entirely in Greek Macedonia...]
-wikipedia
"Ethnic Macedonians SELF-IDENTIFY as "Macedonians" in an ethnic sence as well as in the regional sense. [...] Because of their primarily Slavic origin[...]"
@Bolvadinlee 1. alexander is a greek name, 2. alexander the great was greek , he was speaking ancient greek. 3. makedonia is a greek word, it comes from "makedonas" these where ancient greeks. 4.the language spoken in FYROM did not existed in ancient makedonia, only ancient greek did.5. Makedonia was nothing more then a greek/byzantine state.
Napoleon said I can not be fatih sultan mehmet's apprentice .Where is he? He conquered Constantınapole he started a new age.Where is Selahaddin Eyyubi Who Conquered Jerusalem.I can count a lot of leader like them. And These leaders fouht with honor.Selahaddin did't kill civilans like the ''lionhearted '' richard done
And what information did you research... No Khans? no Saladin? and no desert fox? i mean come on...

@GokhanTurkey06 Who cares for turkish leaders lol
TheMixrs 3 months ago
@GokhanTurkey06 the only one who cares about Ottoman leaders are brainwashed Turks. The only one off this list that should be there is the Mongol Ghengis Khan.....Ottomans are just a cheap copy of Mongols
good2goskee 3 months ago
@good2goskee Yes, why ISN'T Genghis Khan on this list? Genghis should be at the top... His empire when he died was twice that of Alexander's, and it was the Mongol conquest and expansion that opened the way for the trade between Europe and East Asia that spurred the Renaissance and Europe's age of Exploration.
DSDunlap72 3 months ago

@aretherenousernames1 na i would put the duke of willington as number 1 his victorys and his tactics were amazing.
GreyKnight665 3 months ago
@GreyKnight665 it is true that he was an amazing general, but try look a tsubodai, and see what his win/loss ratio of battles is
aretherenousernames1 2 months ago
@aretherenousernames1 I searched tsuboai, and from what I could gather he was a master siege warfare thats why he won so many battles because he had new and great tactics when it came to siege.
But wellington also revolutionised warfare, he was famous for changing the game, In his period of time he would of held his army back and not be seen so the enemy did'nt the numbers, what type of troops, how many cannons and so on. But what made even great was having an army....
GreyKnight665 2 months ago
@aretherenousernames1 with mixed national races, and still make them fight together as one with no infighting or countermanding orders, that was unheard of them times.
So with me when it came to a pitched open battle and even battle and also managing a nation wellington was the best of all.
GreyKnight665 2 months ago
Lawl at Napoleon being number 5. He should be at least number 2. Returning to France from exile, he raised up an army of 200,000, and when confronted by Louis XVI's army, he walked out in front of them alone, said "If any of you wish to shoot your emperor, do so now." None of them shot, and they joined him as well. If he hadn't screwed up by stretching his army too thin, his influence could have gotten him all of Europe eventually.

lol, your list is not based on facts, but on your personal opinion.
if you said so at the start, then i wouldnt have placed this comment.
