@123NateDee This is one of the things I kind of miss about traditional martial arts. there was some discipline involved. Its one of those things which I kind of hated a bit but needed and still do. Maybe is not such a big of an issue for us adults but, its a good thing for kids to help them keep themselves in the right direction. Is the little things like having to do pushups for being late, talking properly to your teachers etc. It makes for good citizens.
