Another thought: Bob Jones said that this youth movement will BEGIN in 2020, not that 1 billion will come to Jesus in 2020. If the European Neighborhood and Partnership Instrument is THE 7 year treaty mentioned in dan 9, then the millennium would start around 2014. By 2020, there will NOT be a billion youths on the earth, but this is not a problem since Bob Jones prophesied that this 1 billion movement will start in 2020, not be finished then.

The second way to interpert this prophecy is to believe that in 2020, we will be living during the Millennium. It would make sense that God would touch youths. It means God will save these souls. He will take these people and let them be "born again," or become new spiritually. The harvest means that these people will go to Heaven, but not at the point they are born again. They will be born again, live on the earth, and then go to Heaven.
