Disgusting, disgraceful charlatan, Used stooges, plants, researched and read up about her audience and then dropped in that information during her "ACT", For God's sake people, can't you see what these phoneys are doing? IT's cold reading mixed with standard guess work and, in her case...reciting the information that her researchers have given her, at various points throughout the phoney act. I know people need comfort...I need it myself, but I repeat she was a conniving, cheating fake.

Doris was a clever cold reader - not many people can carry this off.

In her book (Voices in my Ear) Stokes claimed she had solved two murder cases in England. However, Det Chief Supt William Brooks of Lancashire Constabulary stated that Stokes made no contribution whatsoever to the detection of either murder.

It's easy to quote Derren Brown, and in truth there are a lot of frauds out there looking to make a quick buck, but when you come across the genuine article it makes you re-evaluate your beliefs.

Doris is the real thing, no cold reading, I have a friend who is genuine but doesn't use thier gift for money...believe me...more things in Heaven and Earth.. more planes than our limited physical mind can comprehend.
