I personally think that the new tomorrowland was amazing for about half a year, a year at the most. After that everything started not working properly and then it kinda just went downhill from there. I definitely think that renovating tomorrowland was a good idea cuz the first tomorrowland sounded boring and seemed highly out dated. But the original tomorrowland, for the times, was really cool to people, but nowadays it would be boring and a waste of time. Most of it anyways. That's just my tho
what I hate about the new tomarrowland is that they took down the People mover for a freaking rocket rod that failed, this is just as bad as YUGO GVS which broke down. I never got to ride rocket rod, but I rode people movers, I like to meet the designer of rocket rod once in my life time so I can Punch him in his freaking face, the rocket Rod was a Disaster!!!
@sideslide23 It wasn't the imagineers fault don't blame them, it was a corporate decision to make a budget decision which caused the rocket rods budget to be limited. So the ride opened without a banked track or entertaining queue it's not what Tony Baxter or any of the other imagineers working on new tomorrow land wanted.
nothing will ever top the 1967 tomorrowland design. it was multileveled and full of interesting things to do. these days i only visit tomorrowland for space mtn. and star tours. they even ruined the autopia with those chevron cars! if you look at pics from back then tomorrowland looks colorful and new. now it's gloomy looking. they tried using earth tones to modernize the land,but it just appears dirty and old. space mtns. return to bright white proves that. lets go back to walt's tomorrowland !
IMO, the Innoventions things is a waste of space and finding nemo ride should be a fantasyland ride. I cant wait for Star Tours 2. Thats gonna be an awesome addition. But in all, Tomorrorland needs a total makeover, they can leave star tours and space mountain where they are at, but everything else in that area needs to be re thought about.
i heard they are doing another renovation of tommorow land in 2012 and that they are taking out the people mover track. can somebody tell me if im correct or not? i dont want the track to go!!!!!

First off, lets remove the fabulous people mover, and replace it with a cheap ride that will no doubt break within a few years.
Second, lets remove the rockets up on top. and replace it with a weird satalite thing, that will ALSO not work properly.
Lets put the new rockets at the front, and within a year, THAT will also not work the way its supposed to. To TOP IT OFF, lets paint everything an ugly shade of BROWN!

yes they are takeing down the old peoplemover track and then putting it back up but wider so they can instal the return of the peoplemover
