Yeah quite true, a QE3 or 4 of significant size would probably move the chart, although I don't think any amount of funny-money at this point is going to bring BoA and other failed organizations back from the dead permanently. Each "stimulus" has less effect than the last because people are catching on to the fact that it's only a bandaid, and only making the underlying issue worse.

So yes, maybe they know about huge stimulus, but more likely they're just being misleading scumbags.
