You can save yourself the 99p on wallpaper paste by using wheatpaste which is made from flour, water and a bit of sugar if you feel like it. Google for "wheat paste" I'm sure you'll find something.

some tips: add salt to your paste to stop frost damaging posters. use a razor blade to cut the posters after you put them up so when people pull them down they only pull strips of it at a time, making it take them far longer to get rid of them so they give up.
