Hey guys, to prevent wrist injuries, do Knuckle push ups (on two knuckles each hand), not only will it strengthen ur wrists, but it will calice. That is if it will help u on a street fight cuz the nerves on the area where its going to hit impact is dead.
Yo man! not getting yourself into street fights is a good start, but bullets against human knee caps i have heard is quite effective in resolving street fights if you are still curious:)
2, dont try to blend in, in other words be carefull and during the first few seconds study him and go for vital points like the chin etc. go for the kill.
well this is not all basics you should learn.but depending on your question at least i make a one day workout then the other day training for condition.
the other training i make techniques.bud dont cros the line becose too much training dont make the boxer very good.make a boxing training 3 to 4 times a week for start.(at least 1 and a half hour)then workout to get musclules.
Yea dude you should wrap your wrists, i didnt for like my first 3 months of boxing and i really messed up my wrists i had to go to the doctor and get all kinds of medicines and a wrist brace. There like 6 bucks at a sporing goods store.
That's right.. when you start boxing you'd better wrap your hands and don't throw powerfull punches. Only after some training you can punch without hand wraping. Once i almost twisted my wrist. Remember - when you're a rookie, you'd better be carefull.
wanted to know more about u ur tech are helpul but video quality is poor due to un suf.. light one last thing boxing is just a game very useful in self defence not to hurt anyone unnecessary (loveindia)
very helpful stuff, please make some more for us! This is great for people who want to do a little " stay at home" training: and a good training video prevents injuries ;)

Are you for real? This is an instructional video for beginners so it's important that I go slow.
But to answer your question, I have ABSOLUTELY no doubt that I could hurt you!
