this is one of my favourite scenes from one of my favourite horror movies, Wishmaster is like the ultimate horror movie, it has everybody from all the classic horror movies involved in it. The dialogue is brilliant because it's written by Peter Atkins who adapted the early Hellraiser films scripts

This is a very interesting movie. Not quite as good as some horror films I watched, but still enjoyable.

In Arabian Folklore its a being or rather demon of some sorts that is made out of fire or air and has ability to grant wishes.

Its basicly a genie and if they are one they are called Djinni, Djinn is for plural and this movie is called Djinn because there is an entire race of them.

It seems that the character of the djinn is a little different from 2. The makeup is different, and the djinn played in the sequel seems more reserved and calculating and somewhat less randomly sadistic even though its played by the same actor, they seem like different djnnis.

Its actually a pretty fun movie. Its usually an insult to a horror movie if its funny but the fact that it is a funny horror movie doesn't detract from it at all. Most horror movies are just funny in this hollywood era. This movie is great. It stays serious while at the same time being funny. Its like every wish he grants ends up being twisted in a way to mutilate or degrade the person who made the wish in sadistic ways. Its like a funny pun. You should really check it out.
