I had to use the Ignis Glyph Union with Dominus Agony to beat him. Ignis seems to work better than Nitesco in my opinion

What level is recommended to beat this boss?

I had to heal a bunch of times to get through this fight. I beat him on my first try but I had to use around 15,000 gold worth of items during the battle. I don't like memorizing patterns much, but I guess I'll have to when I go for boss medals on my 2nd play through.

Nope the medals arent worth anything and cannot be sold. They are just a testament to your skill at the game ,or another excuse for your friend to say you lack a life because he couldnt do it .

if you use death ring dominus agony and the luminatio umbra union hes not so hard

If you play the first time, you don't have Death Ring here. And you can use light+dark union only 2 times (assuming I got max hearts there; I'm not sure about it tho) so it wouldn't rather kill him.

well what i did the first time was to brig him to his second phase and then the to unions that made it easier

@Nightmare9797 The way you described is good but Dominus Agony doesn't work when getting Boss Medals. Other than that, Vol Luminatio, Vol Umbra, Death Ring and Judgement ring are an easy way to finish him fast

@teserut2 actually, dominus agony does work, you get medals when you get HIT by a boss, if you take damage yourself by other means, and you actually don't get hit, you still get the medal. so USE DOMINUS AGONY!
