@Crouk1 - you retard. You were at a test screening in Reading (and you were all asked not to comment on the film as it was not finished). But you needed to be Mr. Gobshite movie critic.

The film Premiered in Coventry in November 2007 and you were not at that screening (which was very well received)

Anyway, for anyone who wants to see it, it was leaked by somebody (from the British Film Awards) to a fee site. The people who own the film havent released it yet but you can see it free online.

If you were actually at The World Premiere of Lady Godiva Back In The Saddle last night and saw the response from the audience, when they laughed, when they tittered, when they sniggered and when they were all laughed in unison you would obviously be in a well informed factual position to post forward your opinion.

Saw Lady Godiva Back in the saddle last night and it was absolutely hilarious. The acting was excellent and there were so many references to Coventry it has to be good for the image of the city. I shal be paying Coventry a visit very soon - some of the shot we saw of the city were very impressive !!!!!

A Film can increase tourism to an area by upto 38% but with comments like yours do you really think they would like to come to Coventry

I don't think so some how this is not and repeat will not be the next big thing or full monty, it does nothing for Coventry it's some washed up filmed crew and team who think they are the real deal.

When the produce a decent film I shall say something nice.

But I have real passion about Coventry and this is a laughing stock of our city.

This will be another film thats on the back of the dust shelfs in some second dvd store, that or your find your copy in a car boot somewhere like margate. In other words its a flop.

Premier is on the 14th in Coventry. National release on the 16th I believe.

Thanks Joanneoc07, i've since found out the Premiere is in Coventry on Tuesday 13th November and then it gets released. Apparently they've got loads of stars lined up for the Premiere. How did you find out about this?

Through friends giving me info from local newspapers. I worked on the film as production secretary/production assistant and my friends all want to go and see it with them. Im sure you will enjoy the film it was great fun working on it.
