People are busy helping victims of typhoon Ondoy.. That's a good thing.. However have we asked ourselves what caused the disaster? Ponder on these:

1. Garbage thrown anywhere that clogged the sewers, most PINOYS LACK DISCIPLINE!!

2. Forest Encroachment and Rampant Illegal Logging unchecked, STILL.

3. Amidst decades, the govt. is not able to put up a good waterway system and now that people have died, they are ABOUT TO PLAN for a waterway, "PLANO PA LANG!"

torogi33, if i'm not mistaken, these donations will not be given directly as cash to affected families, instead, will be used for several things, one would be to buy more food and other needs to help the affected people and to rebuild the nation. there is a possibility that cash may be given to the affected families but it would be wiser to do otherwise.

It's Emerald Valley homes Subd., between Brgy. Dela Paz and Robinson Mall, No dead report in that area. Land line and electricity are back by yesterday, water was running from day one, only continued problem in the most area is low to no-signal from most cell sites located in affected area.

All houses in this subdivision and other subdivisions close to Marcos highway with 2nd floor and higher have made it with no problem but damages to properties and appliances were left in the 1st floor .

about the rain, it was raining yesterday around noon, very strong but for a short period of time, maybe 20 minutes or so.
