I actually have this for my Verizon cell phone, and it's excellent for that as well. The graphics are quite impressive, for a cell phone game, but they don't even compare to the iPhones graphics. I am definetly impressed with that aspect of the game. The one thing I don't think I'd like with the iPhone game is the controls. They look fairly clunky. I do have one question though. Can you use cover in the iPhone game, like you can in the Verizon cell phone game?

wow, im usually not a fan of anything "I" branded lol because it gets alot more hype than it desirves. Plus I'm addicted to HTC Sprint Touch Pro, BUT I must say this looks like I could have been ported right from a PSP or PS2 so I will give props on that. I have Call of duty 2 on my Touch Pro and it looks good but is out of date imo if only it got the love these "I" products got it would have some great games too :( this looks cool tho! sorry for gusshing over the stuff I have lol :P

OMG it's awesome I just downloaded after watching this review and I must admit this game has enough substance to attract a serious gamer like me who is addicted to games like halo3 and gears of war2 on x-box 360.

One thing you must reset after int.

I am SAP consultant and SAP provides full support for iPhone with one app that costs $449 my life has become so easy after installing that app so now i have time to play brothers in arms. love you Apple

One of my concerns soldier is that the game is too short. Is it? Also I'm not too sure about the way you're supposed to look. Seems to not be fluid enough for an fps. I think for a phone this game looks godly but the lack of buttons I believe can become a problem and limit gameplay. What do you think? Good review!

sadisticera, you are mising the point. of course the psp is better gaming device. that's what it was made to do. this is a phone. just like the iphone can do more than just games. there's not many who would consider themselves hardcore portable gamers. this is meant for casual on the go. the games may be shorter but the prices are also cheaper. the psp has 4 yrs on the iphone. think what the iphone will look like in 4yrs. if u can't see the psp is in trouble you're blind.

The psp also has much better hardware capabilities than the iphone/itouch. There's no way it can compete with that. Yea sure, hardly anyone considers themselves hardcore portable gamers. But there are those that would like to play a game like cod 4 on their psp with great graphics as opposed to a mediocre game on the iphone. Apple is not trying to be competitive game wise, nor CAN it. It only makes it compete with other phones.

I have an iPod Touch and at the moment I only use it for quick emails checking random things on Safari, music and videos. If I am gonna play a game I'm still gonna got on my PSP until a good game comes out for the iPhone and iPod Touch.

If the psp is in trouble its not going to be because of the iphone getting better game wise. That's nonsense. It's because of its own problems and real competitors. Don't forget that a large portion of the portable gaming market are teens and under, mostly young kids. Most of these kids' parents aren't going to buy them an iphone over a psp/ds so there is no/very little effect. Sure in 4 years we may have phones that have as great of capabilities as a psp, but the same goes for the psp.

psp and ds are gone firmware 2.0 burnt them + the apps are on only no higher than 20 i think the highest i saw was 13.00

I absolutely disagree. The graphics for this game are OK, for a phone they're amazing. But compared to actual gaming devices they're really bad. Also, the lack of buttons is a deal breaker, you see how unfluid the motion was for looking? PSP just needs that right analog stick and I believe it will be untouchable for some time. Games on the iphone can hardly push the envelope, they just have to be unique. Touch can only go so far in gaming, and the graphics capabilities are low.
