i would agree with the other comments about the conducting, good job none of the singers are watching the conductor as he clearly does not know what the hell he is doing, could easily be a different peace of music he is conducting.

This is a style of choral conducting very alien to me. I don't know how the choir could follow, but they did an exceptionally fine job at Sir Stainer's work so the conductor must have done something right.
