I started walking right away after my surgery then started incorporated the gym; strength training and cardio. At first I did 30 mins a day but as I built up resistance I added more time, reps and machines. I got up to working out at the gym five days a week and walked almost everyday (1 mile) at work. Congrats on your loss so far and keep up the good work!

Thanks, everyone, for the comments on my hair. I'm not so sure if I like it yet or not lol But I'll eventually grow accustomed to it or get it cut again until I do like it. I am so picky lol I sooo can't wait to get it colored!!!! I think that will make all the difference. I hate this blah brown! >:o{
I had my ultrasound the day before yours...but I am 32 weeks till Monday. Oh and my baby boy is head down now. Your hair style suits you...very cute cut.
ha ha I remember swimming very pregnant - all kinds of things were popping out all over the place - but boy it felt gooooooooooooddddddd to be weightless in the water!

Gettin' closer...How exciting!! =D The belly is totally cute! I had 2 c-sections and still would like to do it 'naturally', but I'm coming to the conclusion that it probably won't happen. But regardless of how they entered the world, I have 2 beautiful kids and I'm thankful! I can sympathize with the restless legs, too...ugh...they're awful!!! :{ Won't be much longer and you'll have that beautiful baby boy in your arms!!!
The birth of ur child is a VERY amazing thing! I had both my kids naturaly. You think you had a wow moment watching ultrasound wait til u hold him in ur arms for the 1st time! I cried like a big weinnie both times! lol Thats really cool of ur former co workers! Im so Happy for you and AJ. I didnt realize the probs u had b4 (til i watch videos for shower contest) so im even happier for u guys! Cant wait to see the little guy!
