It's obvious that this isn't the real recording. The real call probably happened, but it's been edited quite a bit. The comedian's parts were re-recorded in a studio, then inserted in over the original recording, which is why there are no places that both try to speak at once, and the background sounds change every few seconds. Not a bad prank, until it was edited to make it seem more ridiculous.
