@Datchac He is singing live over his background vocals which come in the refrain part. There's a karaoke version of this with no main singing, but his background vocals come in for that part, as well as the quieter singing of the Bulgarian sisters of Goran's band. If you listen carefully to the refrain parts you can hear his voice is doubled - except in the part where due to fatigue for this encore appearance (after he'd won), he misses and you only hear the backing vocals.

@Datchac If you find the video titled: "Milan Stankovic - Ovo je Balkan karaoke - Serbia Eurovision 2010" you'll here the version he is singing to/over. You will notice that starting during the "op op op ovo je Balkan" part that his background vocals suddenly come in rather strongly. He is singing with that. But definitely his microphone is live here and he is even saying/shouting extra things to the crowd and even one of the dancers in the middle of the performance between lyrics.
