@45arther The big white dude that you refer to is Bobby Keys! The Stones sax player forever inc solo on Brown Sugar, Can't You Hear me knocking, etc and a mainstay of the touring band. He was out of favour for a period in the very late 70s early 80s when he paid the price for being so stoned on class A drugs that he had 'not turned up for performance'. The Stones are very loyal to those musicians that fit and work hard (what a gig), Good that they gave BW another chance. Loyal, I'm sure.

this is great, one of the best rhythm sections ever (with Keith of course adding to that)....same drummer and bassist backed Neil Young on the great SNL Rockin in the Free World performance that keeps getting taken down. Seek it out if you can find it.

Even if I'm having a rough day, I seem to feel better knowing Keith Richards is still among us. I was fortunate enough to have seen the Winos play live on both US tours. Exceptional shows... I hope Keith will pull these guys together for another. This is a very tight band.

That is SERIOUS badass rock! A simple but deadly chord riff. The drum-beat is WAY out there, deceptively simple and hard. Compare this metal to Boyzone! I pity the kids nowadays.
