  • In their rush to make a bundle of money with GMO's Monsanto has released a scientific monstrosity on us that so far cannot be identified by science.

This new unnamed organism?/virus? that Monsanto has hatched out is what we feared would happen all along. That science would let lose on us something that would be difficult to put back in the box once it was lose like MAD COW DISEASE.

Have a look at the video of an interview with Professor Don Huber and Dr. Mercola

    Doc Blake

  • ew plantnimals.

  • How is it that most of our "food" particles are not "food" but ink or gasoline or something else. Sometimes knowing to much science changes how we think or feel abut something. But now, it's to our "food".

  • Monsanto get the low on its side because the FDA was infiltrated with Monsanto people.

  • I have an idea, lets give the same company that invented DDT and agent orange control over the entire food supply, and let them genetically engineer our food! ITS SO BRILLIANT!

  • SpongeBob SquarePants makes more off of the corn that I grow than I do. Monsanto makes a fraction of that.

Wake up folks, the grocery industry has you over a barrell.

    Les

  • mosanto is turning into a corporate monster. i mean for gods sake they have patented seeds!! who in their fuckin right mind allowed such a monstrosity to happen. im all for genetic engineering but please stop these lunatics from controlling the food supplies.

  • really cool. my teacher showed it to us today.

btw, can someone plz give me the lyrics to this ?

please and thank you ! :)

  • My Friends. 08/30/10 2:41 AM

I want to shear something with you about eating a lot of low fat diet the FDA said in the 1090s for us to eat more

carbohydrates?? witch means more sugger so if you eat

To much sugger then the FDA is telling us to eat more sugger so we need to eat less sugger everyone the goverment told us in the 1990s to eat more sugger.

Witch is wrong not right so we need to eat less sugger not more Jerry

  • Monsanto's Roundup Ready Soybeans, the most prevalent GE crop, use 2-5 times more herbicides than non-GE soybean varieties.

  • @SovereignBeing - Wrong.

If RoundUp Ready Soybeans use 2-5 times more herbicide, why do farmers plant them?

There has to be an economic advantage or they wouldn't buy that seed.

    Les

  • @CouldNotCareLes I don't know, maybe they want to avoid being sued by Monsanto for patent infringement when there crops are contaminated with Monsanto GM seed.

  • @TheNoviceGardener808 - That's dumb. Regarding the other thread (which I have been blocked by the owner (I guess some folks don't want me to post facts)) all the cases have been about soybeans and canola. No farmer can breed his own hybrid seed, which is what corn is. There has never been an intellectual property case involving a farmer pirating seed CORN.

    Les

  • @CouldNotCareLes So are you saying there is anything right about Monsantos suits against farmers??

  • @TheNoviceGardener808 - You make it sound like Monsanto is suing farmers left and right.

There are two million farmers in North America. There have only been 140 or so caught at this crime, and a dozen or so of those tried to fight it. Why do you suppose the other 1,999,860 farmers have had no trouble with Monsanto's patent?

You do realize that farmers have made Monsanto the go-to seed company with their patronage, don't you?

    Les

  • @CouldNotCareLes What does the Number of Suits have to do with its problem? Monsantos problems don't end with this country. Monsanto attempted to monopolize the cotton industry in India, but met sharp resistance. Monsanto is full of lies and deceit, and you don't have to be an American to understand that.

  • @TheNoviceGardener808 - What do you know about cotton?

    Monopolize the whole industry ? ? ?

    ... that's kind of a stretch, isn't it?

    Les

  • @CouldNotCareLes Yes Monopolize the Industry yes that's what I'm saying. Google it.Pure competition is and has been proven better than monopolies.

  • @TheNoviceGardener808 - so what is wrong with the competition of the top six or eight seed companies?

How do you figure Monsanto is/was any where near a monopoly?

    Les

  • @CouldNotCareLes Do you know what a monopoly is? If so, explain to me what a monopoly is.

  • @TheNoviceGardener808 - It's where one company dominates the market.

Can you explain to me what an industry is?

    Les

  • @CouldNotCareLes No, i wont explain it to you. Monsanto is in control of the corn and soybean market. They seek to control everything, and once they do, they will control what food we eat. You show up on GMO videos posting things. What are you trying to accomplish? I'm just wasting my time with you moron. Use google much? Try searching "Monsanto Monopoly" or "Monsanto controls." Its that simple, Les.

  • @TheNoviceGardener808 - What are you trying to accomplish?

    * * * * *

I'm trying to illustrate to folks that just saying "Monsanto is evil" won't accomplish a thing.

Untill they realize that every dollar spent on Kraft Mac-n-Cheese and Taco Bell is a dollar spent on GMO, nothing will change.

Monsanto sells seed. Producers grow food. Three cents of every dollar spent on groceries is for the ag commodity present in that package.

  • @CouldNotCareLes I don't know. We really cant change anything unless more people wake up to reality. I guess people want to inform others. Guess the best anyone can do to not support GMOs is to grow your own food and live a semi-pastoral life, which isn't an option for many of us. Best i can do as of now is try to change the food we eat.

  • @TheNoviceGardener808 - You are not trying to change food, you are listing reasons to hate Monsanto.

If your messages were about the crap that Kraft and Tyson are marketing, you may make an impact.

Post about how the GMA lobbies against labeling.

Start a movement to post videos about how awful it is that General Mills processes GMOs and markets them to little kids ... get folks to rally against that.

If General Mills would't mill it, farmers wouldn't grow it.

    Les

  • @CouldNotCareLes While there is sense in this, you can't be saying that Monsanto are all for GM labeling can you? They know that it would cost them business and that General MIlls would follow the market. Surely then the best course of action is labeling, which Monsanto are also against. The most recent discussions have been in India - thehindu.com/sci-tech/agriculture/article822265.ece

  • @nickenthen - Monsanto labels their products as containing GMOs. It is actually what farmers are looking for so they advertise it heavily.

Like I've said all along ... if General Mills wouldn't buy it, farmers wouldn't grow it. If farmers wouldn't grow that seed, Monsanto (and the other seed genetics companies) would have to market non-GMO seed.

    Les

  • @CouldNotCareLes We're not talking about Monsanto's products, we're talking about products in supermarkets that contain GMOs. The way to get General Mills to stop buying the seed is to start labeling. Given that at least 50% of the public would choose GMO free products (which will only increase as more independent studies get published) we would see some of the big food manufacturers choose to buy from non-GMO farmers.

  • @CouldNotCareLes The first step is not to try and magically force General Mills to stop buying GMO seed, but to give consumers the choice. If you're argument is that there is no point outlining the unethical behaviour of Monsanto when General Mills are the ones choosing the seed. The catalyst for change on General Mills camp will be labeling.

  • @nickenthen - General Mills doesn't buy seed, they buy grain.

    Give consumers a choice?

Like, the choice to choose a non-GMO twinkie?

    Les

  • @CouldNotCareLes Grain sorry my mistake. Perhaps there are a few who desire GMO free twinkies, unsettling as that type of food is.. But what is your point here? That if people are choosing unhealthy food it shouldn't matter that is contains ingredients that are largely untested? That is not a strong argument.

  • @nickenthen - yea.

If folks cared about what they eat, the food delivery system in America today would look much different.

If it weren't for GMOs, 80% of what is in the grocery store wouldn't be there.

Folks would have to learn how to shop and cook.

GMO ingredients are tested just as any other crops and foods are.

No one will ever make a GMO-free twinkie.

A very large market for GMO grain is fast food.

Do you see folks willingly giving that up?

    Les

  • @CouldNotCareLes I completely agree that the population in the US need to radically adjust their diet. The point is that if there was labeling a significant portion of the population would make different food choices. I'm not suggesting all would or that people who eat fast food daily really care about GMO's.

But GMOs are not like any other crops, substantial equivalency is a joke. Any intelligent person can see this. Why is the industry so paranoid about independent testing?

  • @nickenthen exactly! Unless they have something to hide. We need to test our soil for high levels of aluminum and barium too.

  • @CouldNotCareLes We are finally seeing the emergence of strong willed scientists who are carrying out independent testing on GMOs. The most recent in Australia - iher.org.au - A truly independent organisation. It is quite elementary that testing under the umbrella of the industry will not do. Testament to this was the ex Director of Monsanto India admitting in Feb that they used fake data to get GM eggplant approved. If the technology was safe why would this be necessary?

  • @nickenthen - GMO crops are subject to the same testing as any other crop.

Internet myth would try to convince you otherwise.

Go outside ... see the real world.

    Les

  • @CouldNotCareLes Hiding behind equivocation is not going to convince me or anyone else of anything Les. Testing under the umbrella of the industry is not testing. The few independent studies have shown there is a great need for more long-term studies and until then we should not be consuming it.

    That information is readily available.

  • @nickenthen - what do your independent studies tell us about non-GMO crops?

  • @CouldNotCareLes The control groups compared to the GMO groups showed no signs of immune system disfunction, reduced fertility or organ problems.

I'm assuming that you were once again trying to hide behind language and were looking for me to say that non-GMO crops are not tested.. not quite.

  • @CouldNotCareLes In the real world money rules and Monsanto has lots of it..... so wouldn't it be easy for them to pay off their scientists to say what they want. Not to mention the FDA that is supossed to regulate our food is filled with people who used to work for Monsanto. Can you say corrupt?

  • @CouldNotCareLes I think a lot of people just do not realize. They think "we live in the greatest country in the world. We have rights and the FDA would never do anything to hurt us... not even for money"

  • @nickenthen You know what ticks me off? GMO corn: we used to export corn to the UK but now they dont want it because they dont want GMOs... but yet we will still subsidise corn out of taxpayes pockets. Why should we dothat when we lost a huge market? GMOs have got to go!

  • @nikkilovesdustie -

We export more and more corn every year.

Huge market? China is a Huge market dear, the UK is nothing.

Most folks in the UK don't eat processed food.

    They don't need GMO anything.

    Les

  • @CouldNotCareLes If the link doesn't work check that your browser hasn't added any extra characters (perhaps on agriculture) remove them and it will work.

  • @CouldNotCareLes - GMO is nothing to do with economics, its all about eugenics.

  • Now think of illnesses that can be cured by that technology, HIV, cancer... There were few diseases already cured by the technology used here. GMO should basically be more healthy than selectively bred variants because it has been tested and "enhanced", actually just the same way as selective breeding has, picking and choosing genes. Now, greed is another thing, but that doesn't prove the technology or the result bad.

  • Now why is that good ? First of all, it is natural to swap genes, as is seen in human DNA, we actually carry a lot of DNA from viruses and bacteria in our "own" DNA. The other thing is. Think of for example South Sahara in Africa where there are starving individuals that cannot grow anything but still observe some nonedible plants and huntable animals living there. Now imagine you let them grow apples and corn, pigs and cows. ...

  • I for one think that GMO can really help us. The discussion goes like this; 1) evolution. Natural process 2) Selective breeding, long-term unnatural process made by man with the result of every now known vegetable and domesticated animal, rose, poppy, apple, plum and other domesticated plants. 3) GMO, basically the same thing as selective breeding, but with short term results

  • great song!! screw mounster santo!!!

  • Hey, how about them poisonous GMO potatos? Or the GMO tryptophan, you know, the stuff that sickened and killed a LOT of people. $cience also told us Vioxx was safe, and diethylstilbesterol. How many folks died from those boo boos? But hey, there are plenty more arrogant $cintists to tell us how much we NEED to buy their poison, while the whole world is contaminated. And maybe they'll get it right before they kill us all, or at least get all our $. There is a special place in hell for them.

  • SSSSSOOOOOO TRUEEEE

    Screw Monsanto

    (Monster)santo

  • Tender crisp bacon cheddar ranch

  • 1. Lobbying on capitol Hill is just another form of Bribery, it should be outlawed.

    2. Revamp the FDA so that is is simply a board of anonymous doctors and researchers independent chosen randomly across the country on each and every food item evaluation.( non centralized )

    3. Vett Government officilals so that former special intrist employees or affiliates are not hired (Monsanto Executives working in government )

    4. Protect oversite comitees from Govt or other Influences.

  • LOVE this song. Are you going to make more? We're doing cartoons on the subject at LarryLeptin. Stuff like this is a great way to raise awareness. Keep on keepin' on!

  • You are right, when the lord put DNA together he did it right. HOWEVER, Adam and Eve sinned and IMPERFECTION was INHERITED after that. How do we inherit stuff?.......lol on the video and good job on describing the government which is at great fault for the hunger that kills many each day.

  • if gmo is not dangerous (which i believe 100 percent that it is pure evil concocked for montary gain and control) than whats the harm in questioning it? however, if he is right you should be kissin his hind-end ;)

  • LOL

I gave you a thumbs up just so other people can read what you wrote. The FDA allows the companies to do their own testing. Monsanto or any similar company have never once said, "You cannot test our products." The only people who dislike GMOs are the idiots who believe they are going to ruin the world. No study has ever shown them to cause health issues and they are currently making it possible to feed over 100 million more people due to increase in crop yield. Ending world hunger=GREED!!

  • well i know theres test that prove that gmos give rats cancer and they start to eat eachother, but sure, ur right......and i dont think that monsanto gives 2 shits about feeding starving children in india

  • Oh really because I think your bull shitting.

I've never seen a study saying, "gmos give rats cancer and they start to eat eachother." Besides saying GMOs is unspecific. A singular GMO may cause the effects; however, more research would need to be draw to come to such a conclusion. Studies on GMOs take years to conduct because there are no immediate repercussions and we are unsure of the long term. So keep believing your bullshit theories while I continue with agricultural advancement.

  • check out future of food, and i hope that none of these long term problems that ur unsure of never effect you. and im blocking you because i cant stand ppl who have to harrass someone because they have a diggerent opinion...

  • Comment removed

  • Haha that's funny. First, I'm not, "harrass someone because they have a diggerent opinion." This is a debatable issue and if you didn't want to debate it with me then you should of never replied. Second, get a spell checker I can barely read anything you write. Finally, Future of Food is a video that says GMOs could POSSIBLY be bad. However, they can possibly be good or bad depending on how you interpret the evidence. If your afraid of the unsure you constrict development and growth.

  • Comment removed

  • your saying studies take years to conduct. That is true and we dont have them ! Your arguments are antio GMO but you dont realise it ! WOW !

  • your an idiot ! A right idiot ! we need independant studies showing it is safe and they do not exist ! Allowing companies to do their own testing, is like trusting Hitler to run a synagogue ! Your an IDIOT !

  • Noone stops you from buying organic fruits and vegetables. If you think that they do not use any chemicals you are very wrong.

Hunger is worst than GMOs. You at least have a choice , but not the rest of the world.

Only 10% of the world population can survive on organic yields.

  • I love your Hitler anology! lol. And I agree with your comment.

  • Why do "progressives" become so reactionary all of a sudden over GM food?

  • ignorant people

  • i believe people using their knowledge to make it is just as natural as a bee using his knowledge to make honey. lets open our minds up people, ignorance and arguments are so late 60s

  • really kikthecan? cuz in case you haven't noticed the bee's are DISAPPEARING. diabetes, cancer, allergies and thyroid problems are skyrocketing. rats get sick and DIE eating GM foods. and Scientists that DO thoses tests and make those discoveries are fired. we need way more testing as the seeds from these crops ARE contaminating heirloom seeds. the excessive pesticides used on these crops run off into our waters....think that's good for anybody? Round up ready seeds are bullshit and unneeded.

  • i just don't see how anything can be unnatural, we didn't create our brains, maybe we need to destroy the planet.. lol im jk i'm being acid head

  • Just because we have the ability to do something, doesn't mean that we should. GM foods were created because Monsanto's patent on RoundUp was about to run out. If there patented seeds they could force farmed to buy THEIR RoundUp (and new seeds every year). They polluted (and covered it up for years) the world with PCBs, Agent Orange, dangerous chemical fertilizers and pesticides.... Do you really think they have our best interests at heart?

  • true true

  • Not true. Monsanto wasn't the reason why GM foods were created. Monsantos are monsters I'll give you that.

  • @ATurtleFairy and probably chemotherapy chemicals :( food = life we can cure ourselves of anything with nutritous food check out "The Beautiful Truth"

  • weird...

  • o ya and mine was a response to shortguy too

    but ya SIQ BUZZ VID

  • Yeah man made GMO to alter god's image for the work of satan, no, they did it to be cheaper and make more money.

    i hate the monetary system

we should be in a resource based economy, look it up.

  • well money is the Root of all kinds of evil accoRding to the bible

  • Sorry that response was supposed to be to shortguy333. I think the video is really funny and has some really good ideas. Its funny that even after we grow up we still learn so well through song.

  • where can i get the lyrics please?? i love it!! :)

  • this is funny, lol... a kid in my class got so hyped up about it after we watched it in class that he kept singing it over & over again for, like, a week

  • I have a GMO banana hanging from a string outside my window. I heard that placing it beside my hummingbird feeder would attract flies & help to attract hummingbirds. It's 82 degrees today. The banana has been there for 4 days & so far not a single fly has even landed on it. It's the same as with my margarine experiment (which is plastic); flies avoid it. I also know too that geese avoid GMO field crops. BTW, we haven't seen a honeybee around our house now for about a year. Monsanto/GMO is death.

  • My DOG wont even eat meat unless its organic. The clue was He woulnt touch chicken noodle. Each time I gave it to my kid he tossed chunks. We went organic on everyhting. We dont get sick anymore.

  • I have a newsflash for you... you're a hypochondriac. After extensive tests the FDA has conclusively confirmed that GM products have the same health effects on the consumer as their non-engineered counterparts

  • shortbrain - Oh sure if the FDA says it's good for you then you can believe them. They're the same agency that rubber stamps every other POISON from aspartame, fluoride and mercury in food, water and medicine to anything else the pharmaceutical murderers and traitors order. Apparently you'd eat shit if the FDA said it's great; in fact you do!

    Ha Ha Ha

    ...bon appétit birdbrain.

  • Like anyone with a brain would trust the FDA. Your very ignorant. As fare as being a hypochondriac. You can eat the jellyfish gene spliced into a tomato to act like anti freeze so it doesnt frost early. I will stick to organics dumb ass. You can also suck on GM soy protein that doesnt break down in the gut even after heated 300 degrees. Do your research. I forgot people with GM food lobotomys cant think long enough to research. I can go on about the bees but you wouldnt understand anyway.

  • Your research sound sounds interesting would you care to cite any sources? And I think you may be mistaken "normal" tomatoes are picked before they are ripe, while they are still firm, so that they ship better. Then once they reach the store they are sprayed with a chemical, which mimics the ripening enzyme that the tomato would normally receive from the tree. While their bioengineered counterparts have the levels of the enzyme, which breaks down sugars, causing spoilage, reduced.

  • SHORT BRAIN OR whatever you like to be called ? ANYWAY, Once you get sick enough and close to death from the crap food, and if your smart enough and change your eating habits and see the truth instead of all the crap the Media pushes on you, but at the moment you might be to young to know whats going on. I do wish you luck. You will need allot of it. Just research how GM foods are bad is all documented by world renowned scientists and even FDA drop out whistle blowers. Just look ..its out there.

  • Wow that sounds like a conclusive test... now I'm definitely going to eat only non-GMO products because you hung a banana outside your window! Haha. Yeah right!

And by the way margarine is not a biotech product. You can thank good old chemistry for that one!

  • @4ezMoney

well duh.. sometimes they genetically modify it so less pests are attracted to the crops. but i understand your point. if the animals don't eat it, neither should we.

  • @4ezMoney Scientists predict bees will be extinct by 2035 : ( It is due to chem trails and "global warming" hoax aka HAARP

  • so true

  • more like groundless whining about a topic wich you don't understand

  • You're making groundless accusations because it is easier for you to deny these claims than accept that the things humans do might have severe consequences on the environment and the human population. If he's so wrong, then why is he wrong? Whether the FDA approves it or not all things that humans do could eventually be catastrophic.

  • The modifications of a organisim's genetic structure are minute, only accentuating or diminishing the effect of genetic traits wich already present in the organism. It is not as if we are splicing animal and plants together for fun, genitic modifications are made with a level of consideration and precision wich is uncommon among any other indrustry.

  • O REALLY then y do the legitimate studies show vast differences between the affects of GM and non-GM foods. One study using Flavr Savr Tomatoe fed rats showed that within 2 weeks they had developed lesions in their stomach and 7/40 died. Another done by Arpad Pusztai where rats ate GM potatoes showed that the rats suffered from immune, brain and reproductive organ damage.

Look it up, or read seeds of deception

get your facts straight before u make any comments on the subject.

  • when they intRoduced gm foods to the public maRket, i suddenly became alleRgic to apples, peaRs, peaches, cheRRies, and caRRots (became alleRgic to caRRots lateR on). I can eat all these things with no pRoblem when they'RE oRganic. I used to be foR gm foods because i thought it would make food moRE affoRdable, but now i can see that they aRE bad.

  • UFO's that people see are us from the future after G.M.ing ourselfs, and now trying to revers the process. WTF DID WE DO TO OURSELFS!!!

  • haha! You keep telling yourself that. lol

I think that if we made it that far into the future and had advanced enough technology to travel through time, then we must have done pretty well. Even with our GMO's.

  • Duh! Do you have any idea what we have become by then? Sick and twisted creatures.

  • good video. FUCK GMO!!!!

  • This is a stupid vid. Milk with hormones in it. No other animal on earth drinks milk when it becomes an adult, So why do humans do it?

  • I had to do a debate on this in school! And we won the against team!

  • hey there! i have a persuasive speech on GMO what were the negative effects of GMOs that you used?

  • If this same thing continues, the mixing of D.N.A. and crap, we could end up this way!

Of course, it is kind of a dramatization, but not by much!

  • great video, its crap

  • Great song its catchy

  • I wish instead of negifying a comment, people ]would actually go through the trouble of specifying why they disagree with it..

  • go drink your milk filled with bovine hormones, then conplain when your pre-teen daughter is already hitting puberty! NANO-TECH,MONSANTO = DEATH,DISEASE

  • love it

  • very good! when's a next one! intelligent sens of humour and good music. instructive!Merci.

  • you people are the reason why society doesn't progress. Atheists will end up being right just watch

  • The very best education on GMO's that I have found on the internet is the 1hr/29-min documentary "Future of Food". It is informative, comprehensive, and really fun to watch. Theatre quality.

  • The scariest thing about DNA is that people who think this is true will reproduce!

  • WTF is this? Hey buddy, smoke some more crack, maybe your music will improve?

Yes, you are correct, we can produce enough food for sure, however, it is a big issue of getting the food to the people without crushing local economies.

  • He using a parody to make a point about GMS--- so what if doesn't sound like your commerically bought bands.

  • Just letting you know there is more than enough food in the world to keep every human more than full every day. Research it.

  • Not WTF, but rather WTO: WORLD TRADE ORGANIZATION. What people don't know about the source of their food is frightening!! No wonder why half the US ends up with cancer!!

  • One thing to say:

    WTF???
