im not sure i should get the bat file because last time, i tried to make the bat file my computer lost connection to the internet and wouldnt reconnect so i had to ship it off to get it fixed.

@shanelolz you just had to run the bat file again and it and will open and you hit like enter 3 times it will enable the internet again .

If you are having the same lag spikes on XP then go to "run" type "services.msc" there is a service called "Wireless Zero Configuration" right click on it & select "stop" (DONT NOT "disable" it in "properties" cause it is required when your PC starts for your internet to connect) but can be stopped once you have connected

its for Wireless Networks or Internet

basiclly it searches for new networks every 60seconds or so & in many cases this is what is causing your lag spikes, also if you are using 3rdparty software for your router then try to go back to using XP's setup instead

as i have found using Belkins router software will still cause your connection to have lag spikes

It was a trojan that did not let me visit websites by using the web address bar or google. Im ok now, because I used Avast
