@fromagelatin8 Dude that happened to me. I went like 6 months no smoking and then a friend had some Lemon Skunk and one toke had my heart racing and I thought I was going to pass out. I smoked again about 3 days later and it was a much more mellow high like it should be. It's just your tolerance has gone down. Try smoking a not so powerful weed, and just take 1-2 tokes and let it ride. You'll be back to where you were at in no time with no panic attacks.
