The ominous shadows of the parachutes before you see them.. then the covering the window before you actually see the troops is so effective in displaying good power, and then the troops alone are just awesome. "YOU RANG" gave me chills. Bryce Larkin walking around the corner, another chilling good moment. And of course crossing humor with intensity with Jeffster is too cool. @lahmamamia Watching great shows on the internet is why shows like CHUCK are hurting. The networks don't know who's truly watching or not so they can't tell. Which means they aren't gonna support it if they don't see the numbers. Buy the actual DVDs brand new, not used.. resales don't show numbers. Be smart about it. Then email the address OTHER THAN privacy and terms of use emails that go nowhere. Contact Warner Brothers, SUBWAY, and NBC. Tell them you watch and buy the DVDs and merchandise.

These shows are going to be downloaded anyway, it's better that this happens on their terms (with commercials they get paid for, with subscription plans, etc.) rather then those of others.

@petkolka I'm referring to the torrent sites. I agree with the Hulu point you make. But my point still applies. Hulu only airs partial portions of shows and not full seasons. These torrent sites do. When people watch those instead, Hulu still can't reflect who's watching what. So back to my point. Watch the content where it originates from (NBC or HULU) in this case. AND step out and buy the DVDs brand new, not used.. if you're a true fan and want to support the show with real numbers.

@texformer I appreciate the point you're trying to make, but you don't account for us foreign Chuck fans who have no other means of seeing the episodes. Hulu won't work outside the US, and speaking for those of us in the UK, you can't see the new eps unless you pay extra for a channel (Living) with nothing else to recommend it. I watch Chuck via torrents, but as soon as the DVDs come out, I buy them & delete the downloaded episodes from my hard drive. It's not perfect, but I do support the show.

Well short of the season 3 finale of Breaking Bad, I've never seen a silencer used realistically in a TV show. However Chuck isn't hardcore action in a lot of ways and it doesn't have to be. The show's strength is camp, it makes fun of a lot of spy movie cliches, and it's mostly action-comedy. Basing the quality of the entire show entirely on how accurate you feel the gun play is, is missing the point.
