  • @chefren3000ac it's easy to SAY how it's a right one arm push up,but hard to DO one..

  • you do have to do some working out to do that... but you should be going down a lot further.

  • It's good bro but you can still improve it by putiing your feet 12-14 inches apart. You can do it.

  • it annoys me when numerous amounts of people post how they are doing it wrong yet there are no video responses showing us how you do the perfect one armed push up by them

  • @Toddfather321 i can do in perfect form about 8 one armed pushups... should i care to post that? the guys are quite fit, but if they did 25 real one armed pushups, technically sound, this would be incredible!

  • i can do 10 in a similar technique. its hard to go more than half way to the ground. but then again you idiots shouldnt be insulting. if you think its "crap" then feel free to post a video of YOU doing them all the way down. when you do, feel free to post your video to my wall and i will gladly eat my foot :)

  • Work on form.

  • You have to touch your chest to the floor, and straighten at the top of the movement. Don't focus on speed, go slow till you perfect your form. It's very important that you do the full range of motion, or you'll only get a fraction of the benefit. Keep at it, and Bruce Lee status will be yours.

  • I agree, except for the bruce lee part lol..Shoulders = Parallel to floor ..ALMOST touching your chest to the floor, depending on shoulder conditioning.. if it's a burnout set, though.. you can obviously do half reps to get that extra bit.

  • The more you open your legs the easier it gets, so try to keep them as close as possible and try to go all the way down
