That's Jimmy Castor of "The Jimmy Castor Bunch" singing lead. Every now and again he would stand in for Frankie in the 50's during shows when he wasn't able to perform for whatever reasons.
I grew up with Jimmy in harlem. When we were kids, we called him Butch. He played 2nd base on our team. I love the guy and glad to see that he`s doing well.
Sure Frankie is gone,but let the music live on. No matter who does it . Enjoy it.
