I do the same thing with packaging and also the hang tags from garments. Some of the clothing manufacturers out there have cool shaped hang tags that I use as templates to make my own tags--- I got a really cool shape from a Tommy Bahama sweater the other day and another vendor that had their swirly shaped hang tag enclosed in a small vellum envelope. Fun stuff!! I ended up liking the tags just as much as the clothing....lol

I'm totally frugal too, BUT I end up saving stuff and then I forget about it...even if I keep it in a special place! (Yah, then I forget where I put the box I'm storing those things in and I end up with 4 or 5 boxes of things LOL). It's not a good thing for a packrat (like me) to keep stuff like that!!! I'm trying to *break* my cycle of saving things I'll not do anything with for years!!! :o)

I love watching you ladies and all your creative ideas! I totally save all the tags from my jeans and tshirts, but I never thought to store them in a little business card holder thing like that! I also have loads of packaging items, but to turn it into a mini calendar... that's clever!
