From what i heard, the medical fees in china is very high.. And it is cheaper to just pay an amount of money to the Family members of the victim... that is why, we can see that the drivers over there KILL their victim rather than Saving them or helping them to be brought to the hospital..

JUST TO SAVE MONEY IT IS BETTER TO KILL or LET THEM DIE!

Money is everything now a days.... in china. the law says when you run over a person and the person dies the driver will only pay an amount of cash. BUT if the victim is alive, the driver will spend his MONEY to supporting the child's / persons medication and treatment UNTIL the victim is FULLY CURED from the effects of the accident. even a headache is countable. Thus... drivers of China seem to have a GOOD IDEA to minimize their cost to deal with this situation.. KILL!!! KILL!!! KILL!!!!
