大鵬展翅 ＝ Peng spreads its wings (peng being a mythical bird; you can find it in the opening passage of Zhuang Zi)

獅子張口 ＝ the lion opens his mouth

These are just names for hand positions, and then the one noting that it is the method of changing hand positions/walking direction. I am hardly "doing a service to all of humanity" but whatever floats your boat :)
