I think a special for the wind element would be gravity. As how I look at it I think that the wind element can compress pressure and issue it through a current. So why not a gravitational force to back up the wind element.

they cannot bend on some ones oxygen the body of a person is protected by the chi (the blood bending they can only do that because of the full moon the power of the water bender is at its peak but the air benders dont have sozins comet or full moon to double their powers and if they can do that maybe the fire benders did not win from the air nomads em i wrong so stop arguing

Oh I just remembered another thing water isn't blood bending it's healing becuase any water bender can bend blood at the FULL MOON but only a select amount can heal, only a select ammount of fire benders can do lightning and only a select ammout of earth benders can bend mettle (or else aang could heal)

I think wind could probably be sucked out someone's lungs or a vortex could be created to sufficated someome. However the Airbenders/Nomads are based on Buddist ways and rarely use their bending to be lethal.

@TBoyz1994 i guess the winds second ability is to give birth to the avatar(master of all elements) since the story tells you that the cycle of the avatar being reborn'd in the wind nomads/clans "may" have been broken.

@TBoyz1994 hm I dont think that Wind hasnt a special form... I mean for the other three there are Masters who can teach it. (Toph is an exeption that she discovered it on her own... is just part of her awesomeness ^^)

Aang is the last one who can bend air and he wasnt finished with his bending...

by the way I think an Avatar cant master the special forms? or? I think there power is great enogh. (Never saw an Avatar create lightning.)

Because blood is like water: you can feel the water, you can actually grasp water and blood when you see it. but with air, you can feel it, but you cant grasp it.

@calebor1 the native benders of those elements can do all those things on their own. Toph loves launching boulders into the air, Zuko and Iroh have blown fire from their mouth and Katara has gone vortex on more than one occasion (Master Pakku's Water snake is da bomb tho)

and fire is a bitch and can bend light (you learn about this in the last book) and lightning

@EmilxLollipop Aang once mentioned (when looking for Piandao) that an Airbender could concentrate air into a sword, but I think Airbenders can technically fly since their gliders and mastery of air allow them to stay up indefinitely.

You could focus it on a target, incinerating it. You could create illusions, mirages, or remove light from an area, plunging it into darkness. Also radio waves, micro waves, gamma waves, etc, are part of the electromagnetic spectrum.

That settles it. My power is light-bending. For if I can bend light, then I can bend darkness. :D

@EmilxLollipop actually...in the second season, when the gang was in Ba Sing Se, there was an episode showing Aang rounding up all the animals and creating a new zoo. To round up the animals, Aang inhaled a massive amount of air and blew it through his bison wistle sending a massive sound wave. That would be the extra element for air: sound amplification
