If they were used overseas they would be Desert Camo not dark green. Theyre part of the Pre War buildup with Iran/Syria (Pakistani Militants, Hezzbolah and pockets all over the world will take part) ... Those aren't tanks. Those are Bradly AFV's. It's not uncommon to shift military hardware around, especially when coming back from a war like Iraq. Shifting vehicles to different bases to make room for the stuff coming home. There's absolutely nothing strange about this at all. It happens all the time. Stop fear mongering.

I think they're getting the National Guard ready just in case there's unrest on this side of the bay area. Those tanks are too small, and seem older, to be deployed overseas. The tanks at Iraq and Afghanistan are big and sleek, and you immediately see the difference. These are much smaller.

There's nothing wrong with this video.

First, these aint our ordinary tanks, these are troop carriers, and since all troops where pulled out Iraq, these might be the ones they used up overseas. They have to get maintenanced done and addaped to usage in afganistan, that might include something simple from its Paint to its weaponry.

So if you see a mile long train full of tanks and military gear, it doesn't comepare to how much they have parked on military warehouses and base.

Secondly, they are green because US army is so fucked up that they re-paint them every time they move out, even though most likely they are going to be used in desert again.

These are a Bradley varient (and there are several) that was put in service in the early 80's. Holds 7 troops and 3 crew. over 1,100 used in Desert Storm. They are still used. Not due to be replaced until 2018, however, that has been postponed due to funding and they are being further upgraded for IED protection.
