i think he's still just with the band. i saw them a few months ago.. and they played this. i think it's about record labels or some such. they told the story, but i dont remember.

You can hear this song on there official myspace with the full band. I saw them live recently and I was totally blown away by this song and I bought there new cd that night and he signed it too :)
