doing tep online is the easiest. going in the store they might not want to do it. online you can try everyday until it goes through. thats what my friend had to do.
great i tried doing this over the fone and all they would do is reissue me a refurbished one for 50$ and i have the 7 dollar total insr also i will try ur way today =)
Onyxbeauty1988: How old was your phone? What software issue did you tell them was wrong? What if your phone has scratches on it and everything? I have had my Motorola IC902 for 15 months, but I do have the total equipment protection.
Most stupid thing i have ever heard!!!! I'd bet you 99 out of a 100 times this wont work!!

They gave me a touch pro 2 free when I went to return my htc touch pro 1. the rep was very nice. some rep think they are the owners of a sprint.

I did this also and hell yeah I got my Touch Pro. I really did have an issue with the Mogul. I love the Pro its awesome.

Just got my Touch Pro through the insurance. My Mogul had the pixel burn spots. I got tired of looking at them.

Oh yeah it will only work in the store. And also only if you have a Mogul and it is on back order at your store.
