@skyeon14 I know you're right, I know loads of people will hate me bashing this film but I watched it today and I understand it's meant to be about a "friendship" between a girl and a fox but I found it hard to take the film seriously, she supposedly "loved" this fox but did no one teach her about foxes or to respect them?? and she was 10! I thought she must have been a of a dillusional child, it's just ugh! Felt so sorry for the poor little fox, should be left alone!

IT IS NOW OUT IN AMERICA!! P.S I loved this movie, but the child acted super stupid. I mean I understand he taking it in her house once its tame, but on the first time you take it to the 2nd floor? And she closed the door, which will of course disturb it since its inclosedd, it jumps out the window, almost dies, and never sees the little girl again. I think i would of liked it more if they were still friends, the friendship ruined thing is too sad. Im crying just think about it. :(

If you have a little fox since his birth, he will be very tame and friendly. I know many people who own a fox at home... I personaly have got out one little fox from fur farm for my friend. And He live now happy and save. ;-)
@wolfwarriors56 I think the only good way to get a fox is the 'fox-dogs' in Russia.
But it's true, wild animals- even with a extremely good personality takes extreme amounts of work, you ought as well say you want a child. Because the caring for them is equal or more.
this is the film which gave me my biggest fear- of foxes.

It doesn't bother me how "stupid" or "unrealistic" the film is.
I just love the beautiful nature, the faithful little fox and the beauty of the fox and the child's friendship.
I mean... It's a film for fuck's sake, how realistic do you want it to be?
