but psone version uses another artwork for snk groove.. why?

Every Character has 2 portraits. you use them in the capcom groove theyre drawn in the Capcom style, and if you use them in the snk groove theyre drawn snk style

I was wondering, in the japanese version (the video) why don't they use japanese to write out the names of the characters (during the fight) and the other written things during the fight?

Yeah, there are some differences between the two versions. But you can not compare a 128-bit version to a 32-bit version. The DC has more power than the PSX. You can not expect 128-bit graphics from a 32-bit machine.

This game has better ,Music,Backrounds, and over all a much stronger presentation than CVS2.Personaly i think they should bring this title on Xbox ARCADE

it was online over 56k and broadband (need dreamcast addon) and you needed a earthlink acount.

i liked the stages better on this one too. CVS2 had good ones too, but also lame ones like the desert stage.

CvS has so much better production value than CVS2 on pretty much every level. I also like that the character selection, grooves, and moveslist was more limited. I'm so glad I bought it for my DC.

Not all of it, The Shanghai stage had nice music, and God Rugal's Fight. But yeah alot of Cvs2 music wasn't that great.

I agree with supermariofan1, if you want better gameplay get CVS2001, but if you want better music get CVS2000.
