Too all the haters, since when is a variation in Mexican food a bad thing anyway? Try telling that from someone who is from Durango and Chihuahua...not the same cuisine !!!! But non the less still delicious. You rock Chef. Go for it.

Mexican food varies through out Mexico so you can not say that your food is authentic just because you come from Chicago, L.A., or Texas. Aaron is from El Paso, Tx. and knows his food well. He took his expertise to New York and all over the world. With that said, try it before you judge.
mexican food on the eastcoast is not good. Chicago, los angeles, and texas have the best mexican food. please do not judge mexican food based on the food you eat in NYC.
