love this ad! the girl is so cute :) just very heartwarming! I still prefer flying Southwest AIrlines, though! American Airlines management should deal better with their airline staff...a couple years ago the staff went on strike because AA's CEO and higher ups took huge stock options and other benefits while slashing jobs and benefits of ordinary workers. That's where Southwest has happier workers, and better service.

Wi-fi on board it is really cool! In Russia only Aeroflot has Internet on board, but it isn't wi-fi, and also on board you can use cell phone. Can I use it on board AA?

@fsxaddictx that is wrong though, if you make the effort to search it Delta had wi-fi first, yes Virgin America had it on their entire fleet of 43, delta had it on a majority of their fleet of 724+.
