30+ years is just as tragic as a stock market crash,
I'd like the money used as a
"Central Bond Fund" loaned to
Qualified American municipalities, Counties, Cities, water & power at aprox 3-4%
Administrated correctly it would be safe & helpful to both local goverernment and the SocSec fund

I've also been laughing at this for a long time. Us Americans act like gas prices are so high when the rest of the world has been having to pay this much for a long time.
It's ridiculous how cheap it was here for a while, when I was in high school it was 75 cents a gallon. That is insane.
