I think the US government and the NWO scums will use the weather control machine called HAARP to create a massive "natural" disaster and then Martial Law will be declared. I belonged to a small town voluntary fire/ambulance department. We used local, county and state funds to pay for our training, which included hazmat training. If there was any issure involving explosives or the like, the county sheriffs department was brought in. Training is important for any local police/fire/ambulance departments. Perhaps you might want to get involved in their activities to learn more about what is going on in your community.
