Thank you. C'Est Noel came from a video posted by CelineDionDiva called "Celine Dion @ 25 Ans D'Amour 2006 (Part 4)" - a part of that video was from a French TV show which is where Celine sang this. I can't tell you the date of the TV show, though it was posted by the author in her translation of the video which was, essentially, all in French. However, the video is no longer available. I hope you enjoyed it.

"C'est Noël" was sung by Céline on a Québec very successful tv comedy called "La p'tite vie". On their last show for Christmas that year, Céline was brought in as a big surprise for the Paré family and as a gift for all the Quebec viewers. As you may all know Céline is very good at comedy and this song was a parody of country western Quebec songs and very fitting in this always funny show.
