  • OMG, for years I've marveled over his solo version of this track from the Sessions at W. 54th DVD, this band version is equally powerful, great drum work .. thanks for posting

  • This has to be one of the most brilliantly brutal songs I have ever heard. It is ebuliant yet sublime, forced yet gentle, and soft yet vengeful. This song has definitely gained in years yet stays so relevant.

  • makes me wanna hit somebody with a disassembled piece of machinery for some reason

  • holy crap... that drummer is amazing, its gonna take years of hard work and practice if i want to ever even get to be near that good

  • Blade is amazing.

  • This guy reminds me of a young Jeff Beck. Very nice.

  • I can listen to this kind of guitar playing all day.

  • @silkensky me too, thanks for your comments

  • Magnifique!

  • he came to my city (st. john's) a few years back before I knew his stuff. Hope he comes here again sometime soon.

  • Daniel Rocks!

  • Not a story, that is really how it went, one of the best, no the best, concert experiences I had. @cinderellalidfestyle, I hope you get to see him live, it is extraordinary

  • This is an incredible performance. I got into Lanois music only recently. I had heard of him, but last year I was visiting Toronto and Lanois happened to be playing in Massey Hall, so at the last second I decided to go, and luckily they had a few seats left, not only that, I got seated in the absolute first row, no more that 8 meters away from Lanois, it wasn't even too expensive. I was absolutely blown away, best concert I have ever seen, by far, will never forget that concert.

  • i saw that concert too i must say it was a great one, after party was alright too but not for youngones like myself, aha anyways hope you can enjoy more daniel lanois in the future hes phenomenal

  • In the concert the drummer was incredible too. It cracked me up when Daniel stopped for a little Jack Daniels time. Remember that?, I did not go to the after-party.

  • oh yea, he definetly likes to be intoxicated during a show, i remember i saw him in belleville he was drunk on the whiskey, another time in toronto. looked awfully stoned

  • stuck in the middle with you,.(tube) ....LOL...someday, I hold out hope==and look forward to anything posted to this channel, truly,

    ;-)

  • a little Lanois in my day, every day should be this good;-) thanks for great posts...someday hope to see him live........
