i always think that "activists" dress too silly to be taken seriously. if they played the game, wore a suit, they might just get that edge to get listened to. if you see somebody dressed like that..are you really going to listen seriously?  no. its sad, but first impressions shape perceptions.

Having taken a few abnormal pyschology classes I can say this lady is suffering from "a screw loose" disorder.
