Yo theehibachi, if you want to improve in basketball, you need to start following the nba training plan. I used the famous nba the nba workout over at (50 inch vertical [dot] com). I didn t even tell this to my basketball teammates yet haha
no offence to marcus banks and marion here but shaq is getting double digit boards and double digit points and 1) marcus is injured or he isnt fit to play(ive heard 2 diff stories) and marion is doing ok but maimi needs more hight anthoney and maglorie's combined average is 5.2 points a game and 3.4 boards a game its terrable and shaq is averaging almost double that...i dont think the trade was thaught out well for the future
@jaydanfort i know your comment was like a year ago but what that did was give us cap room for the future and now look bosh wade and lebron. now miami is finally a team again
@kingX777 shaqs contract would have finished this year.... like it did with cavs, hence why he signed with the C's because the contract was still the original from when he was traded to PHX then Cavs
they should pick up bosh in 2010 and next year if arenas shows that he is healthy and plays well in the 09-10 season then they should trade beasley and marion for arenas if they still have marion then if not in 2010 wherever wade goes he'll still be my favorite player
