here in VA, as long as the top of the seat is 24" off the ground, it is considered a moped and street legal...no tags, lights, or other bs required...just a helmet

honda crf50 look them on craigs list. one that is stock can be around 500-600$, one that is very nice with alot of mods n shit can be up to 1700 or more depending apon what people put into it
